SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Your parcel will be with you within 3 working days if placed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched Monday.
We also offer next day delivery options. Please place your order before 2pm.
For early customers and those living in Hackney we still offer cash in-person deliveries on all orders over £40.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our product we can only offer returns on items that have not been opened or consumed and that have their safety seal fully intact.
We offer full refunds (minus shipping costs) on all returned bottled products that have not been opened.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for any jarred or candied products as well as our CBD and essential oil wands.
